How can I write a letter to Santa or email Santa Claus?
You can write to Santa directly through our Email Santa page. Fill out the form with your child’s name and message. You can also request a free postcard from the North Pole. Santa’s helpers will send a real postcard in the mail, postmarked from the North Pole, to add extra Christmas joy to your mailbox. Quantities are limited, so it’s best to send your message early in the season. It’s a fun and free way for kids to share their Christmas wishes with Santa and the elves.
When will my personalized letter from Santa ship?
Each letter package is custom printed and hand packed.
If you order before Thanksgiving your letter package will ship out the week before Thanksgiving.
If you order after Thanksgiving please allow 3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

When will my letter from Santa arrive?
All Santa letters ordered before Thanksgiving are mailed right after Thanksgiving and usually arrive within 2 to 7 days, depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. Orders placed after Thanksgiving ship the next business day. Delivery times vary based on USPS and UPS holiday volume, but most letters arrive within 2 to 5 days. To ensure delivery before Christmas, it’s best to order by early December.
