About Us
Where It All Began
SantaClausWrites.com started in 2007 with a simple idea and a lot of holiday spirit.
What began in a small garage as a family project quickly became something bigger. Year after year, more families trusted us to deliver magical letters from Santa, and our little operation grew right along with that trust.
Today, we’ve moved into a dedicated warehouse to keep up with the holiday rush and changed our name to SantaMail.com, but our mission and dedication to families has never changed.
Still a Family Tradition
Even as we’ve grown, we are still proudly a family-run business.
In fact, we’ve become a multi-family tradition, with several families working together each Christmas season. And just like in the early days, our kids still join in during the busiest time of year, helping package letters and making sure every envelope is handled with care.
It’s a hands-on, heartfelt process that keeps the magic real, not mass-produced.
Why We Changed Our Name From Santa Claus Writes to Santa Mail
As our little garage project grew, so did the magic we were sending out into the world.
Originally, we were known as Santa Claus Writes, a name that reflected the personal letters we created. But over time, families began asking for more: special deliveries, keepsake packages, and other ways to experience the magic of Christmas.
We realized we had grown into something bigger than letters alone.
In 2026 Santa Claus Writes was reborn as Santa Mail.
The new name reflects everything we do today, from classic Santa letters to magical holiday mail experiences delivered straight to your doorstep. While the name has evolved, the heart behind it has stayed exactly the same.
From Our Families to Yours
We know these letters are more than just mail. They are memories in the making.
That’s why every order is treated with the same care and attention we would give to our own children. From the moment a letter is created to the moment it’s sealed and sent, we’re focused on delivering something truly special.
Thank you for letting our families be part of your Christmas tradition.
